Tilden Public Library Offers New NebraskAccess Resources
The Raymond A. Whitwer Tilden Public Library, in partnership with the Nebraska Library Commission, offers a wealth of online information through NebraskAccess at nebraskaccess.nebraska.gov. Time once again for the 13th annual Pieces of the Good Life Quilt Show held during the City of Tilden's Prairie Days weekend, July 24 - 26 in the Lied Auditorium.
Entries are still being sought to display a quilt or quilted item you created, an heirloom you charish, or a quilt you would like to share with other quilt lovers. Click here for an Entry Form, or pick one up at the Tilden Public Library. The deadline to submit an application is July 1, 2015. Quilted items will be collected on July 21.
Be sure to stop by during Prairie Days weekend to view the beautiful quilts and items on display. Entry fee for the quilt show is $3.00 per person at the door.
And for your enjoyment, Betz from Betz's Little Shoppe of Fabrics in Newman Grove will give her trunk show presentation on Sunday July 26th at 3 pm by the library fireplace. This is a free event and open to the public.
