Sandi Frey placed 3rd at the 2009 World Cow Chip Throw, Saturday, April 18 in Beaver, Oklahoma.Sandi made the long trip down to Oklahoma to represent Tilden and Nebraska. She had a good throw of 84'7 to place her 3rd out of 16 Women competitors. 1st place went to Teri Pratt Welty of Oklahoma at 138'4" and 2nd place went to Dana Martin of Oklahoma with a throw of 113'2". Unfortunately, Craig Taylor, Tilden's Men's Champion, was unable to attend due to illness.
